FAIHA SERVICES

Family Visa UAE

Help with sponsoring family members in the UAE: who can be sponsored, the documents it usually involves and your next steps.

OVERVIEW

About Family Visa UAE

UAE residents may be able to sponsor family members, such as a spouse, children and, in some cases, parents, to live with them in the UAE.

Who can be sponsored depends on the relationship and on the sponsor meeting conditions such as income and housing, set by the relevant authority (ICP, or GDRFA in Dubai). Adult family members need to pass a medical fitness test, and relationship documents such as marriage contracts and birth certificates need to be attested.
