MOFA Attestation

Help with attesting educational, personal and commercial documents through the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

OVERVIEW

About MOFA Attestation

Attestation is the official certification of a document so that it can be used for official purposes. In the UAE, it is provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for personal and commercial documents.

Documents issued outside the UAE are usually attested first by the foreign ministry of the country that issued them, and then by the UAE embassy or consulate in that country, through MOFA’s attestation service. UAE-issued documents are attested by MOFA in the UAE. The exact route depends on the document and the country.
